Requirements

• 3+ years of P&C actuarial experience; near ACAS or greater preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• General knowledge of data science programming languages such as Python or R (preferred), and proficiency in database query tools such as SQL

Responsibilities

• Manage rate levels
• Build advanced pricing tools
• Bring actuarial discipline to all facets of our Lemonade personal lines product offerings
• Work on everything from distribution to underwriting, claims, and everything in between
• Leverage competitive data and data science to optimize our customers' experience and ensure fairness and accuracy in pricing
