Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of actuarial experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
• You are pursuing Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
• You have experience with financial forecasting and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Conduct actuarial analysis to support various business functions
• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support actuarial assumptions and decision-making processes
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Support financial forecasting and budgeting efforts
• Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in actuarial methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• You have a proficient level of programming skills, such as in SQL or R
• Expert user of Excel
• Proficiency in python programming
• Consulting and/or Client management experience
