Collaborate with team members to execute onboarding support and account penetration, increasing sales productivity and maintaining account retention. This critical role involves engaging with agent partners, developing marketing campaigns, creating strategies to increase new business, supporting business development managers, managing territories for profitable growth, and analyzing territory trends. Requirements
- 3+ years of outstanding sales performance with the ability to drive results and innovate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 2+ years of insurance carrier experience
- Established agency network
- Travel up to 40% in assigned territory based on the business needs
- Proven organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling skills
- Strong oral and written communication with the ability to manage large and small audiences, whether remote or in-person
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
- Insurance product knowledge and the ability to gather additional knowledge rapidly
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google products along with experience working with a CRM
Responsibilities
- Engage with existing Openly Agent Partners to enhance and maximize sales results
- Support existing Openly agent partners with developing marketing campaigns
- Create and implement strategies and goals to increase new business production
- Support Business Development Managers with larger agency appointments
- Manage assigned territory to drive profitable growth and achieve financial goals
- Review and analyze territory trends to identify, communicate and act on data
- Collaborate with other functions at Openly to drive industry-leading agent experience for Openlyโs agent partners
Preferred Qualifications
Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred, or the ability to get one within the first three (3) months of employment
