Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a track record of successful transformation in complex environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and other Agile practices
• Ability to coach and mentor teams and individuals at all levels
• Expertise in enabling team flow and fostering self-organising teams
• Exceptional communication and observational skills, providing clear, actionable feedback
• Experienced in training individuals and teams on Agile practices and delivery

Responsibilities

• Actively coach teams and leaders to adopt Agile principles and drive continuous improvement
• Support teams by observing meetings, identifying behaviours misaligned with Agile, and providing timely feedback
• Empower engineers to adopt some Ways of Working (WoW) responsibilities, ensuring efficient team operations
• Guide teams through impediment removal, facilitating their ability to deliver value autonomously
• Operate in a consultative and educational capacity, enhancing team productivity and collaboration
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile transformation with business goals
