Requirements
- Experience with Business Analysis
- Experience in startups and/or high-growth environments
- 5+ years in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar roles in software development
- Strong expertise with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-team projects in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using Agile principles
- Ensure team alignment, facilitate communication, remove obstacles, and provide strategic leadership while managing product documentation, release processes, and stakeholder feedback
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Mentor team members and drive process improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams, product stakeholders, and leadership
- Establish and maintain clarity of expectations from stakeholders to ensure priorities are well-defined and understood
- Report progress, risks, and blockers while recommending solutions to ensure alignment
- Lead release planning, ensuring clear timelines, risk management, and delivery of high-quality releases
- Maintain and manage project artifacts, including roadmaps and release notes
- Ensure requirements, features, and tasks are documented and up-to-date in tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc
- Lead backlog refinement and review product documentation (e.g., user stories, specs)
- Align project goals with business objectives and manage cross-team dependencies
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and delivery timelines
- Coordinate stakeholder and internal teams feedback to ensure product alignment with business needs
- Organize retrospectives to identify and implement improvements
