Senior Agile Software Project Manager

Summary

Join Mango as an Agile Project Leader and spearhead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. You will lead Agile ceremonies, mentor team members, and act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing releases, maintaining project documentation, and aligning project goals with business objectives. You will facilitate stakeholder feedback and drive process improvements. This role requires extensive experience in Agile project management and a deep understanding of software development lifecycles. Requirements

• Experience with Business Analysis
• Experience in startups and/or high-growth environments
• 5+ years in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar roles in software development
• Strong expertise with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion)
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and best practices
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to manage multi-team projects in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects using Agile principles
• Ensure team alignment, facilitate communication, remove obstacles, and provide strategic leadership while managing product documentation, release processes, and stakeholder feedback
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Mentor team members and drive process improvement using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.)
• Act as the primary liaison between development teams, product stakeholders, and leadership
• Establish and maintain clarity of expectations from stakeholders to ensure priorities are well-defined and understood
• Report progress, risks, and blockers while recommending solutions to ensure alignment
• Lead release planning, ensuring clear timelines, risk management, and delivery of high-quality releases
• Maintain and manage project artifacts, including roadmaps and release notes
• Ensure requirements, features, and tasks are documented and up-to-date in tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, etc
• Lead backlog refinement and review product documentation (e.g., user stories, specs)
• Align project goals with business objectives and manage cross-team dependencies
• Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and delivery timelines
• Coordinate stakeholder and internal teams feedback to ensure product alignment with business needs
• Organize retrospectives to identify and implement improvements
