You will build and deploy automations, develop integrations across platforms, analyze and optimize workflows, advocate for user experience, and manage data. The ideal candidate is an automation expert with AI application understanding, technical proficiency, process-thinking skills, a data-driven mindset, and a focus on user experience. A final project will be completed by the top candidates.

Requirements

• Are an Automation Expert: You’re highly skilled with Zapier, Make, n8n, Google App Scripts, and other workflow automation tools
• Understand AI Applications: You know how to embed AI (OpenAI, Gemini, LLMs) into business processes for smarter, faster outcomes
• Have Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable with APIs, basic scripting, and integrating platforms and services
• Are a Process Thinker: You love mapping out workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and building better systems
• Have a Data-Driven Mindset: You enjoy working with data—managing it, cleaning it, and using it to drive improvements
• Prioritize User Experience: You always keep participant and client satisfaction at the center of your solutions
• Are Detail-Oriented and Quality-Focused: You rigorously test and refine automations to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy automations and AI-driven tools that streamline participant support, lead generation, and internal operations
• Develop integrations across platforms using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n and custom scripts, connecting disparate systems into cohesive, efficient workflows
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize internal workflows to boost efficiency and scalability
• Ensure that every solution you design prioritizes the participant and client experience
• Manage, clean, and transform data to fuel automated workflows and provide insights for decision-making
