Senior Analyst

Join Tripadvisor's world-class Search Marketing team as a Senior Analyst and play a key role in driving growth in the non-Hotels SEM program. This remote position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and publishers. You will manage large-scale SEM campaigns, conduct data analysis to identify growth opportunities, and lead A/B testing. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy paid marketing professional with 4+ years of experience and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a paid marketing analyst (large scale, global SEM experience preferred)
• Problem solver who enjoys analyzing large amounts of data and is results driven
• Ability to run and interpret tests – for example ad testing, A/B or multivariate
• Analytical and detail oriented, able to produce actionable insights
• Highly organized and a self-starter
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in presenting data
• Prior knowledge of SQL/Tableau

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with internal GTM team to quickly build, launch and optimize campaigns to drive targeted and qualified traffic
• Manage large, global SEM campaigns in growth areas
• Lead data analysis, identify profit/growth opportunities, and uncover actionable insights
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to improve tools and automate processes
• Design, conduct, analyze, and report on A/B tests for different business functions
• Partner with external publishers (Google, Microsoft etc.) and stay abreast of the latest developments in Performance Marketing
