Summary

Join PointClickCare's Corporate Development team as a Senior Analyst and contribute to various projects and prospective transactions. You will analyze market data, competitor information, and potential acquisition targets to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic healthcare technology SaaS company. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Corporate Strategy team, and support the development of presentations and financial models. The position reports to the VP, Corporate Development and requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, along with experience in a related field. Requirements

  • Experience in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Investment Banking
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, including Excel proficiency and knowledge of financial terms and accounting practices
  • Strong knowledge of secondary research and competitive intelligence methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to distill information into a clear, concise, and compelling story that enables stakeholders to make more informed decisions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • College/University B.A. or B.S. required

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate prospective M&A targets on both a quantitative (financial) and qualitative basis
  • Develop and maintain market maps to inform outbound deal sourcing activity
  • Maintain and update the teamโ€™s deal tracker, M&A precedents database, and SaaS benchmarks
  • Manage live processes, including developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and diligence trackers
  • Facilitate and conduct primary research to support diligence and thematic deep-dives
  • Work closely with Corporate Strategy team and other stakeholders to align the M&A funnel to strategic priorities
  • Support the development of โ€œclient-readyโ€ presentations and financial models
  • Communicate key analytical insights and decisions to stakeholders and senior leaders
