Summary

Join Clearsulting, a global consulting firm focused on digital finance, as a Senior Digital Analyst specializing in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) using OneStream. You'll work with a team of problem solvers to assist finance and accounting executives at large companies in addressing complex challenges, from strategic planning to execution. This role involves developing new capabilities, delivering high-quality project outcomes, and leading the full scope of system development lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, system build, testing, training, and deployment. You'll also mentor and delegate tasks to consulting analysts while providing regular updates to managers and directors. Clearsulting offers a hybrid or remote work environment, with the option to work from their offices in Cleveland, Chicago, Columbus, or Dallas, or remotely from other locations. The role requires up to 20% travel.

Requirements

  • Experience working for a consulting firm and/or in the professional services industry
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Technical knowledge across full OneStream functionality; financial consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, allocations, reconciliations, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to project stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field of study, information technology, or engineering
  • 3+ years of OneStream CPM/EPM implementation experience
  • Experience designing and developing Cube Views, Dashboards, Data Integrations, Member Formulas, XFBR rules, business rules, Workflows, and core metadata structure

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong CPM/EPM consulting experience to help finance and accounting executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy to execution
  • Work with leadership to develop new capabilities, and support project teams in the delivery of high-quality project outcomes for your clients
  • Assist in executing full scope of leading practice System Development Lifecycle activities – functional and technical requirements, solution design, interface and system build, testing cycles, training, and deployment
  • Help train and delegate work to consulting analysts, while providing status updates to Managers and Directors
