Requirements

  • Have expert-level SQL programming skills
  • Have a solid understanding of complex relational data structures
  • Be proficient with BI tools such as Tableau, enabling the creation of clear and effective data visualizations
  • Have strong quantitative skills and experience utilizing scientific analytical methods and quantitative analysis techniques
  • Have experience creating and delivering custom analytics to uncover insights that drive data-informed decisions and business growth
  • Possess analytical curiosity, creativity, and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Have strong business acumen, and a passion for storytelling using data with an ability to synthesize complex information into simple, clear and compelling actionable insights
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
  • Be able to work under data & time constraints

Responsibilities

  • Be a thorough analyst and a consultant to various GTM teams by providing data insights and analytical solutions that inform strategy, optimize decision-making, and measure the impact of key initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, translate business objectives into proposed solutions (e.g. analysis, KPIs, BI, Data Science) and socialize the proposals to ensure stakeholder alignment & buy-in
  • Perform hands-on deep-dives and exploratory data analysis to uncover insights, identify trends, and support data-driven business decisions
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and success metrics to provide a clear and comprehensive view of business performance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of key strategies and initiatives through data analysis, continuously raising the bar on using domain knowledge, technical expertise, and business context to drive impact
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and operational efficiency by leveraging data to uncover trends, gaps, and potential areas of improvement
  • Support experimentation and testing initiatives by providing analytical input on experimental design, measurement approaches, and best practices to assess the impact of customer engagement strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a background in areas such as sales performance analytics, conversion analysis, partnership impact evaluation, campaign performance measurement, or customer segmentation for targeted communications
  • Have prior experience with SaaS business models
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment by actively participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and seizing opportunities to engage with peers and the peer review process, contributing to the overall professional growth and development of the team
