Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with dbt
- Deep understanding of data quality frameworks and familiarity with tools such as Metaplane
- Experience with Snowflake and managing modern data workflows
- Strong ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, including engineering, sales, and customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with data integration into internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Mux data warehouse (Snowflake) and oversee workflows through dbt
- Build, optimize, and maintain robust data models that serve as the foundation for analytics and decision-making
- Implement and oversee data quality practices using tools like Metaplane and Monte Carlo
- Manage data integrations with internal tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align data solutions
- Contribute to the business intelligence layer, ensuring it delivers actionable insights (Looker experience preferred)
- Advocate for and train teams on best practices for data management and modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating and contributing to business intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker)
- Python experience for data transformations and workflow automations
