Senior Analytics Engineer II

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in a software engineering or technical data practitioner position
• Applied knowledge of marketing and product attribution models and strategies within the context of a consumer app business
• Proficiency in Python or Java programming, SQL data manipulation, and DevOps best practices
• Experience using consumer technologies like Appsflyer, Segment, Iterable, or other comparable technologies
• Experience collaborating with marketing practitioners and product managers to deliver high quality internal technical products

Responsibilities

• Lead the greenfield development of Upside's consumer marketing and app feature attribution products through a combination of platform and data engineering
• Collaborate directly with Upside's founders, marketing leadership, consumer product managers, data scientists, and engineering tech leads
• Report into Upside's R&D Engineering team, surrounded by highly technical colleagues with deep experience in application, platform, and data engineering
• Contribute within a team culture that promotes taking calculated risks to inspire creativity while maintaining a healthy relationship with work
