Remote Senior Android Engineer

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Mobile Engineer (Android) and develop the next version of our mobile applications for the Android platform. You will take on the design, architecture, initial implementation, and rollout of this new application for Android, following similar patterns as the iOS application.

Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Prior experience as a Senior or lead-level engineer in Android native projects
• 4+ years experience working with Kotlin
• Previously has shipped applications to the Google Play Store
• Experience collaborating with backend teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop the next version of our mobile applications for the Android platform
• Take on the design, architecture, initial implementation, and rollout of this new application for Android
• Follow similar patterns as the iOS application

Preferred Qualifications

• Swift and iOS experience
• Backend development experience using JavaScript, Node, Express
• Prior SaaS experience
