Senior Application Developer

Summary

Derivative Path is seeking an experienced Application Developer for a remote role, supporting their rapidly growing company and software platform DerivativeEDGE. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in .NET development and support of financial products.

Requirements

• Have sufficient experience (minimum 7 years) in .NET using C# to demonstrate the following: General proficiency in writing scalable code, Understanding of Object-Oriented and Functional programming, Knowledge and applications of various design patterns, Familiarity with Service Oriented Architecture, Practical experience with one or more ORM, Skilled at Database programming, Familiarity with Git source control, Experience with test-driven development and testing frameworks
• Must be willing to work on a mid-shift schedule (4PM to 1AM Philippine Time)

Responsibilities

Build and extend complex service-based .Net applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior cloud-based development
• Ancillary UI development skills (Blazor, CSS, Bootstrap, or similar)
• Projects involving financial companies, trading, back-office, or accounting
• Development experience in mid/large enterprise applications
