Summary

Join Natera as a Sr. Area Marketing Manager for Oncology to drive awareness and adoption of its molecular residual disease (MRD) test, Signatera®, within a designated central US region (Birmingham, Chicago, New Orleans). You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and Sales teams, develop educational tools, customize marketing messages for oncologists and surgeons, support regional events, and analyze market trends. This remote position requires up to 50% travel. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of healthcare product marketing experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (B.A. or B.S.)
  • Have a minimum of 5 years in healthcare product marketing, product management, sales, medical affairs, or strategic consulting
  • Possess experience in life sciences, health technology, or diagnostics
  • Demonstrate high integrity and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with stakeholders
  • Possess excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines effectively
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to synthesize clinical information and develop concise, impactful promotional materials
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in presenting technical content to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrate a collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and align cross-functional teams
  • Possess an analytical, problem-solving mindset with experience gathering customer insights and translating them into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM platforms like Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate Across Teams and with KOLs: Partner with Medical Affairs and Sales teams to develop and execute peer-to-peer programs and build educational tools. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Customize Education: Identify the most effective channels to reach medical oncologists and surgeons and adapt national campaign messages
  • Support Regional Events: Assist in content development for regional HCP programs, tumor boards, and congresses. Manage timelines and budgets effectively
  • Analyze and Report Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, competitive data, and market trends to refine marketing strategies. Track effectiveness of regional campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possess an advanced degree (MBA, M.S.)
  • Have oncology experience
  • Have familiarity with digital marketing channels and field marketing tactics
