Requirements

  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative concepts and visual styles – ideally some work that has won awards

  • You have exceptional concepting, design and presentation skills and enviable experience putting them to work for big brands
  • You are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute big, bold, breakthrough ideas for brand experiences and campaigns
  • Help lead brainstorming sessions and contribute original and innovative ideas
  • Partner with the design team to shape the visual expression of ideas, while leading art direction to bring those concepts to life
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative strategists to bring the ideas to life
  • Present concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Help oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring the highest quality output for every deliverable
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, accounts, production, content and PR, to deliver cohesive campaigns
  • Support creative leadership in managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high creative standards
  • Review work from less experienced team members and provide clear and actionable feedback
  • Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and inclusivity within the design team
