Senior Associate, Advisor

Summary

Join Housecall Pro as a Senior Associate, Advisor to help service professionals enhance their business skills and become successful CEOs. You will guide them through a year-long Foundations program, leading cohort sessions and one-on-one coaching conversations. This role involves facilitating group sessions, conducting individual coaching, supporting fellow advisors, leading workshops, staying updated on curriculum and product features, providing feedback, and building strong relationships with clients. You'll prioritize client success and contribute to a team focused on improving the lives of service professionals. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for small business growth. Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, or ability to learn new tools quickly
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Confident presenting and coaching via Zoom

Responsibilities

• Facilitate up to 10 cohort sessions per week with groups of 10–12 service professionals
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with Pros before new cohorts and as needed during the program
• Support fellow Advisors’ cohorts as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for all Pros and contributing to a culture of team-wide reliability
• Lead workshops that enhance the curriculum and deepen business learning
• Stay current with curriculum updates, certifications, and best practices in business coaching
• Keep up with new product features and how Pros can best utilize them
• Provide thoughtful feedback to enhance the Foundations curriculum and coaching strategy
• Actively implement coaching feedback to sharpen skills and improve session delivery
• Cultivate strong relationships with Pros, celebrating wins and supporting through challenges
• Prioritize Pro success by showing up early, staying late, and ensuring no Pro is left behind

• Experience working with or understanding the home services industry is a plus
