Join Choreo's Platform Strategy & Innovation team as a dedicated and detail-oriented individual responsible for maintaining and improving data integrity across multiple technology platforms and advisor tools. Daily responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, managing client portal users, participating in service queue management, maintaining data across platforms, assisting with outside account maintenance, contributing to M&A projects, and performing manual account maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, experience with portfolio accounting systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data management and technology platforms. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with portfolio accounting systems; familiarity with Black Diamond is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention detail and a focus on data accuracy
- Ability to work effectively independently, as a part of a team, and cross-functionally with compliance and advisory staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to document processes and communicate technical information clearly
- Proficiency in data management and technology platforms
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily performance reviews, focusing on exceptions, to ensure timely and accurate performance reporting for our clients and advisors. Correct or escalate issues as appropriate for proper error resolution
- Manage client portal users and provide support to ensure a positive experience for clients and advisors. Participate in projects aimed at expanding client user access to the digital portal
- Participate in the management of the service queue. Resolving issues and escalating when appropriate to ensure completion within the defined periods
- Assist in maintaining data across all technology platforms, including participation in various data cleanup projects and monitoring for and correcting coding exceptions in various platform tools
- Assist advisors and clients in the maintenance of outside account data feeds through various data providers. Assist in the monitoring of these feeds to ensure continuity of the data
- Assist in Merger & Acquisition projects where required, including the preparation of data and paperwork where appropriate
- Perform manual account maintenance tasks, such as creating and updating valuations based on client or advisor requests while adhering to the firmโs processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data integration tools or ETL processes is a plus
