Requirements

• 2-4 years of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, or comparable strategic role at a high-growth technology company
• Experience leading large cross-functional and data-driven initiatives
• Experience with business partnering and having direct working relationships with senior leaders
• Exceptional project management skills and the ability to proactively organize and lead cross-functional initiatives, manage large and diverse teams, and drive tasks to completion
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and nascent problem areas
• Great teammate and team player: this is a highly collaborative role, one that will touch many areas of Cruise at the peer and senior executive levels
• Undergraduate degrees in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, and other data/analytical related disciplines

Responsibilities

• Building analytical tools & financial models, growing into a go-to commercial expert with cross-functional partners
• Manage complex projects, owning internal alignment and execution while supporting external strategic partnerships
• Partner with product, tech, operations, marketing, legal, and many other cross-functional teams to measure the impact & efficiency of business or partnership initiatives
• Scope new opportunities across Cruise’s ridehail business, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Advise senior leadership on business priorities through competitive research & industry benchmarking
• Prepare and communicate clear and effective presentations and memos for senior leadership and other stakeholder discussions to frame issues, deliver recommendations, promote dialogue, and drive decision-making
• Provide thought leadership on problems without precedent
