Summary
Join InMarket as a Sr. Audiences Account Manager and manage audience requests, distribution, and activation for the Programmatic sales team. Leverage your expertise in purchase and location-based audiences, third-party data, and measurement solutions to ensure successful partnerships and contribute to business growth. You will serve as the main point of contact for daily communication, translate client goals into actionable strategies, and collaborate with various departments to streamline processes. Responsibilities include managing audience and PMP creation and distribution, ensuring timely segment delivery, analyzing campaign performance, and providing input on product development. This role requires 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and a strong understanding of DSPs, DMPs, and audience targeting. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Programmatic Advertising, Media/Sales Planner, Agency Trading Desk, and/or Account Management experience
- Working knowledge of DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), DMPs/data partners and audience targeting methodologies
- Demonstrated analytical ability and proficiency in interpreting data using various tools and platforms
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Operate in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions
- Problem-solver, natural curiosity, ability to make decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products (especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
- Confidence with learning how to use proprietary platform UIs and other analytics or competitive intelligence tools
Responsibilities
- Manage audience requests, distribution and activation for InMarket’s Programmatic sales team
- Utilize your knowledge of purchase and location-based audiences, third-party data capabilities, and measurement solutions to ensure the success of the partnership and supplement sales director’s efforts to grow new and existing business while providing clients with world-class customer service
- Main point of contact for all day-to-day communication and oversight as it pertains to Programmatic Audience requests
- Partner with Sales to translate client goals into actionable audience strategies, leveraging location and purchase behavior signals
- Work in tandem with Sales and DataOps departments to facilitate the management of all programmatic audience requests through the creation and distribution processes
- Liaison between various departments: Measurement, Product, DataOps, Marketing and Media & Measurement Sales teams, etc. to streamline internal communication and upsell/cross sell InMarket’s additional solutions
- Manage and track Audience and PMP creation and distribution in collaboration with DataOps & AdOps teams
- Ensure that we deliver accurate and timely segments in accordance with InMarket’s SLAs
- Analyze campaign performance and all client-facing deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy
- Provide ongoing input to the product and business leads on ways to evolve our offering to better meet the needs of our clients
