Join Pacvue, a leading eCommerce advertising software company, as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to expand our European market presence. This role focuses on developing new client relationships, fostering account growth, and providing high-quality technical support. You will educate users on platform features, conduct performance audits, and offer consulting services to drive incremental revenue. Success in this position requires strong client relationship skills, consultative selling experience, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in digital/search advertising and a proven track record of managing revenue targets. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- 10+ years of digital/search advertising work experience and domain knowledge
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills, team player and customer service focused attitude
- Consultative selling experience, including managing revenue targets and a book of business
- Good knowledge of commerce media
- Customer success, Sales, consulting service or Agency experience and expertise
Responsibilities
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients. Have a good sales process or able to learn from, identification of correct contact, continued nurturing, demo, and closing of the account
- Foster account growth and platform adoption
- Educate users on latest SaaS platform features
- Make customers successful by providing high quality technical support and service
- Ability to provide consulting service and Quarter/Annual performance audits and leverage this support for incremental revenue
- Tactical Support for strategic accounts and maintain relationships with key agencies and brands
- Address technical issues relating to software function and upgrades
- Create product reports and recreate errors for documentation and communication with developers
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients. Have a good sales process from identification of account, identification of correct contact, continued nurturing, demo, and closing of the account
- Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers through upsell opportunities
- Understand Pacvueβs tool suite, value proposition, and be able to present demos to all types of audiences β from practitioner to executive leadership
- Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
Preferred Qualifications
French or German language skills a plus
