Summary

This role offers a competitive monthly salary of P85,000-P90,000 and a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement with a Monday-Friday schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PHT). You will conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits, examine financial records, identify risks and weaknesses, prepare audit reports, and communicate findings to management. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of financial statement auditing experience, including 2 years as an in-charge auditor. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years financial statement auditing experience with 2 of those years as an in charge auditor managing financial statement audit and review engagements from planning to completion
  • Knowledge of Standards for both US GAAP and IFRS frameworks
  • Engaged with end-to-end audit process
  • Ability to conduct accounting and auditing technical research

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Audits: Perform financial, operational, and compliance audits to assess the organization's financial health, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Examine Financial Records: Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documentation to verify accuracy and completeness
  • Identify Risks and Weaknesses: Identify potential risks, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses in an organization’s financial systems and processes
  • Prepare Audit Reports: Document findings, write detailed audit reports, and provide recommendations to senior management regarding improvements or corrective actions
  • Communicate Findings: Present audit findings to management, stakeholders, or regulatory authorities in a clear and effective manner
  • Follow-up Audits: Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions have been taken
  • You will manage commercial engagements from planning to completion, perform technical research and analysis and establish and maintain client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Practitioners Publishing Company (PPC) audit tools forms and checklists is a plus but not required
  • Experience auditing complex debt and equity transactions would be a plus
