Senior Automation Engineer

Summary

Join NiCE, a global company, as a Senior QA Engineer focusing on product testing in the Public Safety & Justice market. You will ensure data accuracy, validate backend processes, and support automation using Selenium and Java/C#. Responsibilities include server component testing, CTI interface and client application testing, system setup, configuration, test planning, test case design and implementation, fault replication and analysis, and testing software fixes. The ideal candidate is a rapid learner, self-motivated, and a good communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team. A minimum of 4 years of experience in software QA is preferred, but strong technical skills can compensate for less experience. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• Hands-on tester
• Documentation skills
• Practical knowledge of software testing methodology

• Knowledge of Windows server and client technology

Responsibilities

• Ensure data accuracy, validate backend processes, and support automation efforts using Selenium and Java/C#
• QA test of server components, CTI interfaces and client applications
• System set-up, configuration, test planning, test case design and implementation, fault replication and analysis, testing of software fixes, build and deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CTI, IP networking, web server/CGI front ends, database (MSSQL)
• Test Certification – ISEB, ISQTB
• Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject Windows services
• WCF
