Responsibilities include designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, building and optimizing Azure DevOps pipelines, maintaining and monitoring Azure environments, and collaborating with engineering teams. Requirements
- DevOps Expertise: 5+ years in DevOps or software engineering roles, with deep Azure proficiency (compute, networking, storage, and security)
- IaC Mastery: Hands-on experience designing and managing cloud resources via Terraform (or equivalent)
- CI/CD Craftsman: Proven track record of building and maintaining robust Azure DevOps pipelines that balance speed with security
- Mentorship & Leadership: Experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers on best practices
- Compliance & Security Focus: Familiarity with implementing guardrails, access controls, and automated compliance checks
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code: Design, implement, and maintain Terraform-based IaC to provision and manage Azure resources predictably and at scale
- CI/CD & Automation: Build, optimize, and support Azure DevOps pipelines for fast, secure, and reliable application delivery—automating compliance checks, secrets management, and audit trails
- Cloud Operations & Monitoring: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure environments, implementing observability practices that keep production humming. Participate in a shared on-call rotation to support critical services and ensure platform reliability during and outside business hours
- Collaboration & Support: Partner with software engineers to provide infrastructure guidance, improve developer experience, and resolve deployment/runtime issues in record time
