Senior BackEnd Python Engineer

Summary

Join Ubiminds, a GPTW-certified company, and work as a Senior Backend Python Engineer for a key client in the education sector. Requirements

• Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern web technologies
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and secure web development
• Strong testing culture with experience writing and maintaining unit tests
• Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking ownership
• It must be okay with some overlap with the US East Coast time zone

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend features using Python
• Build and maintain automated pipelines for content deployment
• Develop and support robust integrations with third-party APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure solutions
• Ensure performance, security, and quality through well-tested, maintainable code

Preferred Qualifications

• Kotlin knowlege
• Next.js (Frontend exposure)
• Familiarity with Google Cloud services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, especially using Docker and GitHub Actions
