Senior Big Data Engineer

Summary

The job description is for a Big Data Engineer position at Nucleusteq in Indore. The role requires 5-8 years of experience, profound programming language experience in Java/Scala and Python, knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and strong hands-on experience on Hive and Spark, understanding on workflow orchestration tools like oozie, Apache Airflow etc., experience on working with monitoring and logging framework like Splunk/ ELK, must have understanding on messaging services and their integrations, good to have experience in streaming technologies such as Spark Streaming/ Kinesis, must have experience on using collaborative tools for code management such as GIT/ Mercurial and CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins, GitLab, Travis CI, good experience in developing big data applications on cloud environment like GCP, AWS, Azure.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• Profound programming language experience in Java/Scala and Python
