Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in communication design or a related field
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to manage projects independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of design quality
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Mastery in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools for image and video creation
• A portfolio showcasing your best work (applications without a portfolio will not be considered)
• Fluency in English is required at an upper-intermediate level

Responsibilities

• Create stunning marketing materials for web, print, digital platforms, and social media
• Develop visual identities and creative concepts for communication projects
• Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Lead art direction, collaborating with external partners
