Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative direction and polished brand design
• Expertise in visual storytelling, layout, and visual systems across mediums
• Experience with Adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator, indesign) and Figma
• Clear communicator who can explain and defend design decisions
• Strong self-management and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
• Collaborative spirit and ability to contribute in a team-driven culture

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction and design execution for brand initiatives, campaigns, and experiences
• Design across web, social, events, print, and presentation formats, ensuring cohesion and craft
• Explore and evolve the visual identity to support storytelling and marketing goals
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to bring ideas to life
• Translate strategy and concepts into visually compelling, well-crafted outputs
• Deliver standout visual systems and assets that bring the brand to life
• Apply deep craft in composition, typography, color, layout, and image-making
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and templates
• Balance multiple projects independently and efficiently, with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with After Effects, Motion, 3D, or interactive design experience is a plus
• Experience in startups, in-house teams, or agency environments
• Comfort with fast iteration, ambiguity, and feedback loops
