Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably from agency or DTC in-house environments
  • High-quality portfolio of work demonstrating an excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and other industry-standard software
  • Strong understanding of brand systems with the experience and ability to provide design solutions with a high level of craft and attention to detail
  • Ability to storyboard and think systematically about motion design across a range of deliverables and aspect ratios
  • Professional experience preparing final files for print and digital hand-off
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and be flexible to challenges
  • Proficiency in brainstorming and testing ideas grounded in audience behaviors and data insights
  • Ability to effectively communicate and defend design decisions
  • Comfortable moving from macro to micro—no project is too small to tackle with positivity

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Team in creating innovative and compelling work that challenges the status quo across print, digital, packaging, motion, OOH, and environmental, all while meeting the highest standards and requirements in creative briefs
  • Create presentations and other review materials as needed
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team to evolve Seed’s identity system balancing performance needs, audience insights, and thoughtful design
  • Maintain and organize files related to assigned projects
  • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall visual impact of projects
  • Expedite and troubleshoot all project-related issues needing immediate attention
  • Take responsibility for meeting deadlines and being punctual
  • Proactively perform any other duties reasonably related to the functions described above

Deep interest in using AI to advance your craft, with a keen understanding of its potential applications in design
