Summary

The job is for a Brand Designer at Tremendous, a profitable remote company offering bulk payout services. Requirements

• Prior experience building scalable design systems and processes
• Experience driving forward decisions that are backed by sound logic
• Strong communication skills, skilled at soliciting feedback
• Experience working with an array of digital and print assets, including landing pages, ads, events, blog covers, emails, etc
• Self-motivated natural problem solver, who’s can flag opportunities for outsourcing/delegation
• Comfortable providing guidance and creative direction when working with contractors or agencies
• Ability to own projects from start to finish
• 7+ years experience building visual brand at tech companies
• 2+ years experience in startup environments as a brand designer
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums
• Strong writing skills, because we’re a documentation-first company
• Excellence in typography, color, layout, and composition
• Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite
• A keen understanding of design principles and current web technologies

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and craft a variety of creative solutions across many mediums and surfaces including our website, social channels, and events
• Lead brand design efforts, partnering with the VP of Marketing and Director of Design
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help us scale our design efforts, while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency

• Competitive pay, equity and benefits. The base salary for this role is $125,000 - $160,000
• Remote work, work from wherever you want in the Americas — collaboration hours from around 12-3 PM Eastern time
