  • Communication: Your strong communication skills ensure you can effectively convey creative visions to stakeholders and align team efforts with company objectives in cross-functional settings. As well as an openness to seek & give constructive feedback
  • Experience: 5+ years hands-on experience as a Brand Designer in a professional and commercial environment
  • Proficiency: Completely at home working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Ps, Ai, Id (Ae a bonus)
  • Personality: Team player that’ll fit into our design-driven, collaborative teams, and adapt well to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Produce innovative brand campaigns that align with strategic goals and resonate with diverse audiences
  • Bring brand strategy to life as brand expression and help create brand identities and assets for the Product and Marketing teams
  • Lead the creative process by brainstorming initial ideas and carrying them through to concept development and visualisations β€” ensuring high standards of visual communication and brand consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand strategies and enhance user engagement
  • Work on internal needs such as slide decks and materials for team events, as well as external requirements for the Sales and CS teams
  • Evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of creative outputs using data-driven insights to guide future creative decisions
  • Bridge the gap between brand and product by providing creative solutions that blend our unique personality within our product

Preferred Qualifications

Additional tools skillsets are a big plus: motion, code, illustration, etc
