Summary
Join ConnectOS, Australia's largest mortgage aggregator, and contribute to a smooth and streamlined customer experience as a Senior Loan Processor. This role involves assisting Australian mortgage brokers with administrative tasks, preparing and processing loan applications, communicating with stakeholders, and maintaining systems and CRMs. You will be responsible for managing documentation, following loan applications from pre-submission to post-approval, and ensuring compliance with NCCP regulations. This position requires a Certificate IV in Financing & Mortgage Broking, a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, and over 4 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry specializing in loan processing. You must also be proficient in using aggregator CRMs, IT software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project/task management tools.
Requirements
- Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Broking
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant course
- More than 4 years of experience in an Australian mortgage broking industry specialising in AU loan processing
- Experience in using aggregators CRM such as MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex or Salestrekker
- Is proficient in using IT software, Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office including Gmail or Outlook
- Experience using Project/Task Management Tools (Monday.com, Trello, Airtable etc)
Responsibilities
- Document management (collecting, renaming, organising, following up sensitive supporting documentation)
- NCCP Compliance checks and transcribing notes from summaries to detailed responses
- Calculate income for both PAYG and Self Employed applicants
- Understand and interpret complex financials (Self employed, trusts and company)
- Complete lender servicing calculators
- Data entry of client information to MyCRM (LMG CRM system)
- Data entry of a loan application into MyCRM and Apply Online (AOL), Simpology, or direct to the lender
- Living expense analysis
- Assist in researching lenders who have a specific policy to suit the clients requirements
- Generation of application paperwork, including those for the First Home Buyers and Discharge forms
- Ordering Valuations based on the information provided by the broker, understanding the different types of valuations and communicating with valuation firms to discuss or escalate
- Pricing requests across multiple lenders, for new applications and settled loans
- Generating comprehensive credit reports and being able to interpret them
- Assist in mitigating MIRs, Conditional Approvals and Settlement Conditions
