Summary

Globant's Commerce Studio is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in helping organizations create best-in-class commerce-enabled experiences. The role involves gathering and documenting customer requirements, managing stakeholders collaboration, and providing learning support to junior colleagues. The individual should have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, be skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management, and have advanced English language skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Business analyst in the IT industry
• Experience in documenting and analyzing system integration solutions
• Skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management
• Advanced level in English, both, written and spoken
• Experience in teaching others on ways of completing tasks and using various techniques of BA

Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements
• Map customer requirements to platform capabilities and build solution architecture
• Take full ownership of project and software support documentation
• Plan and monitor the Business Analysis
• Elicit requirements and manage stakeholders collaboration
• Manage Requirements Life Cycle
• Analyse Strategies
