Summary

The role involves discovering, reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating customer requirements for digital projects in the APAC market, particularly in the banking and finance domain. The person in this position will document requirements, define scope and objectives, manage stakeholders collaboration, plan and monitor projects, and provide learning support to junior colleagues. They should have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with practical knowledge in Banking and Finance, be skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management, advanced English language skills, and able to generate ideas for change and improvement strategies.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Business analyst
• Practical knowledge in Banking and Finance domain
• Experience in documenting and analyzing system integration solutions
• Skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management
• Advanced level in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in generating ideas for change and improvement strategies of the project and processes

Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements
• Map customer requirements to platform capabilities and build solution architecture
• Take full ownership of project and software support documentation
• Plan and monitor the Business Analysis
• Elicit requirements and manage stakeholders collaboration
• Manage Requirements Life Cycle
