Senior Business Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Business Analyst at GROW Inc., an Australian FinTech company in the Superannuation industry. The role involves defining business problems, outlining requirements, and ensuring project outcomes are efficient, compliant, and effective. Experience as a Business Analyst in Superannuation, proficiency with project management software, and operational/regulatory knowledge within superannuation are desired.

Requirements

• Broad experience in contemporary project and delivery methods (such as Agile, SaFE, Hybrid, PMBOK)
• Proficiency with adopting relevant project management software and related tools including the Atlassian suite
• Industry experience in Superannuation
• Experience with complex multi-vendor programs or projects

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external stakeholders to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information
• Outline detailed requirements for a solution and ensure the delivered solution meets those requirements
• Work closely with the broader transformation team to ensure the integrity, timeliness and quality of project outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Software Development background advantageous
• Strong understanding of operational and regulatory knowledge within superannuation
• Experience working on fund transition program of work/experience working on large program of work where multiple streams/multiple project managers involved
