Senior Business Analyst

Requirements

• Experience working with SQL, visualization tools, Science analytical tools, GA-4, and Phyton
• 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Make data-driven decisions and strategic insights to effectively analyze and synthesize information from various internal sources, including Tableau reports, raw databases, communication channels, historical process data, and Looker Studio reports
• Utilize dashboards to assess key metrics and trends, translating findings into comprehensive reports that offer actionable insights and support stakeholder decision-making
• Track and analyze external factors such as political trends, economic conditions, and travel patterns that could affect operational processes. Use this information to anticipate challenges and propose proactive solutions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of analysis methods, findings, and recommendations. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other stakeholders
• Use data insights to propose and design projects aimed at optimizing operational processes. Develop business cases and present recommendations to stakeholders to drive decision-making
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions are integrated into product development and operational strategies
