Requirements

• You worked in a similar role and business environment in an agile context
• If you have already worked as a developer, functional analyst or already have technical experience this would be beneficial
• You have a customer focused mindset
• You bring a strong analytical attitude, an ability to structure complex or undefined business problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to switch between English and Spanish
• Able to effectively direct and mentor others

Responsibilities

• Analyzing as-is and design to-be processes to define business, solution and system requirements
• Interacting with users and customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs and represent that knowledge to the rest of the team
• Iteration planning, backlog refinement, creating user stories and story acceptance criteria is also part of your scope
• Stakeholder management and being an interface between your team, the customer and the project manager
• Helping our customers and teams make the right decision by carefully weighing business value and technical complexity
• Participating in deal shaping activities

Preferred Qualifications

• It's a plus if you have done consulting
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or Scrum Master is a bonus
• Relevant application knowledge of commerce platforms like SAP Hybris, commerce tools or similar would complete your profile
