Summary

The job is for a Senior Business Analyst at Raft, a customer-obsessed small business focusing on Distributed Data Systems and Complex Application Development. The role involves providing guidance in requirements reviews, client support, testing, and everyday readiness analysis. The position requires ten plus years of relevant experience, experience with JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost, communication skills, experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations, technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, and an active Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include the ability to guide teams and mentor junior members, understanding of data security practices, excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, any certification related to data management, data engineering, software development, cyber security or SAFe, and the willingness to travel up to 10%. The job is hybrid with a work location in Colorado Springs, CO. Requirements

  • Ten plus years of relevant experience
  • Experience in JIRA, Confluence, & Slack or Mattermost
  • Experience communicating with customers, stakeholders, and agile software development teams
  • Experience with requirements analysis, scaled agile framework, data analytics, risk management, and agile transformations
  • Technical experience in software development, systems engineering, integration, or release management
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • Active Secret security clearance

Responsibilities
