You will spearhead business and product analytics efforts, owning the function end-to-end and shaping data strategy. Requirements

  • 3+ years in data analytics or a similar role, with experience working in startups or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful insights, significant contributions as an IC, and driving data-informed decisions at a strategic level
  • Adept at bespoke data analysis, synthesizing insights, and connecting findings to business priorities
  • Experience working with SQL and tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms for creating dashboards and visualizing insights
  • Ability to navigate data and collaborate with technical teams as needed, without needing to be a data engineer
  • Skilled at distilling complex data into compelling, actionable narratives for diverse audiences, including executive teams
  • Thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of projects, and excels at driving clarity in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver High-Impact Business Insights
  • Develop predictive models to forecast medspa growth, churn, and marketing performance, improving decision-making and client outcomes
  • Build client retention dashboards and analyze key trends to inform strategies for Moxie and our providers
  • Evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives—such as events, marketing campaigns, action plans, and trainings—using robust data analysis
  • Provide leadership with data-backed recommendations to influence high-impact business strategies and outcomes
  • Enhance Data Accessibility and Usability
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to design value calculators and customer-facing tools that drive adoption and showcase Moxie’s impact
  • Partner with the Onboarding and Client Success teams to create clear, actionable reporting pipelines on medspa performance
  • Establish Scalable Data Processes
  • Design and implement a ticketing and prioritization system to manage ongoing and ad-hoc analysis requests effectively
  • Develop standardized processes for weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams
  • Understand and Optimize Our Data Infrastructure
  • Build a working knowledge of Moxie’s data model, leveraging platforms like Omni and Snowflake to align analytics with business needs
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate data science models, such as churn predictors or performance forecasters, to solve critical business challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Backgrounds in strategy or business consulting are a plus but not required
