Summary
Join Version 1, a leading technology services company, as a Business Analyst specializing in HR applications like CoreHR. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating requirements into functional specifications. This involves end-to-end project involvement, from workshops to delivery, performing root cause analysis, and producing detailed documentation. You will manage stakeholders at all levels and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements
- Experience working with HR application such as CoreHR
- Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and modern technology stacks
Responsibilities
- End to end project involvement from leading on workshops through to design and delivery phases
- Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications
- Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents
- Stakeholder management across all levels from c-suite through to on-the-ground developers both internally and with the clients
- Benefits mapping and tracking of approved products
- As Is and To Be process mapping
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
