Summary
Join NFQ, an 800+ strong team focused on e-commerce, mobility, and transport & logistics, and become a Senior Business Analyst. You will drive clarity and alignment across complex client initiatives, translating business needs into actionable insights. Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather and analyze business requirements, define and document processes, and act as the liaison between clients and technical teams. Oversee project scope and timelines, conduct gap analysis, and propose solutions. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development. This role requires 3+ years of experience in business analysis, proficiency with BA tools, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably complex software/information systems development environments
- Strong proficiency with BA tools and modeling techniques
- Proven expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing complex requirements and translating them into actionable specifications
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to lead workshops, drive consensus, and influence decision-making at senior levels
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project methodologies; ability to manage backlogs, prioritize epics, and work in cross-functional teams
- Experience writing detailed documentation, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset and a drive for continuous improvement and user-centric outcomes
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder collaboration to gather, analyze, and validate complex business requirements
- Define and document business processes, functional and non-functional requirements, using industry-standard tools and methodologies
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment of solutions with business goals
- Oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, and change management, ensuring requirements are implemented as intended and stakeholders are informed
- Conduct strategic gap analysis, propose and design TO-BE solutions, and support decision-making through data-driven insights
- Ensure solution supportability, user adoption, and post-implementation success
- Mentor and support business analysts, contributing to team capability development and knowledge sharing
