Summary

Join RELEX Solutions, a fast-growing Finnish software provider, as a Senior Business Consultant in supply chain management. You will analyze customer supply chains, implement requirements in RELEX software, advise clients, define KPIs, and collaborate in international teams. Mentoring junior colleagues is also part of the role. This position requires a degree, 3-5 years of experience in retail consulting, and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • Have a degree and have already gained 3-5 years of experience in working with retail customers and with retail planning processes, ideally in the role of a consultant
  • Have an understanding of SCM software from a business perspective
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Be a talented communicator and organizer
  • Be quick to take on responsibility and have an independent way of working

Responsibilities

  • Analyze your customers' supply chains to optimize their business processes and are familiar with their requirements
  • Implement the requirements and process mapping in our software
  • With your expertise in our software solution and SCM, you advise the customer and deliver real added value
  • Focus on the customer's success and work with them to define relevant KPIs to measure it
  • Work in interdisciplinary and international teams and drive our internal knowledge exchange
  • Act as a mentor for our junior colleagues and working students
