Senior Business Consultant

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or university degree in administrative science, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience, for example as a consultant or in project management
• IT affinity as well as a basic technical understanding and interest in the digitalization of the judiciary
• Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and provide expert consulting in justice digitalization
• Consult, coordinate, and organize various stakeholders
• Support release and change processes, including the introduction and acceptance of new user versions
• Provide technical support and consulting to justice users
• Contribute to product management of the IT components and standards used
• Organize, plan, and prepare customer appointments and workshops
• Lead and coordinate a team for operational management
