Requirements

  • Be based in Greece and proficient in both spoken and written business German & English
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales-related roles
  • Have experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products
  • Demonstrate a sales and customer satisfaction track record, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
  • Be willing to travel to Germany as needed
  • Be willing to work completely remotely as an Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers in Germany, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales with new and existing customers through virtual/physical meetings, phone calls, emails, and other platforms, as applicable and exceed monthly sales quotas and collection targets
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients, increasing revenue and account profitability
  • Identify and target key prospects, initiate and nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term clients
  • Develop and maintain account plans for each customer, setting clear objectives and strategies for account growth and retention
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers
  • Work closely with cross functioning teams to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for client growth
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing input for enhancing client strategies
