Join our team as a Senior Business Development Specialist and conquer the German market! Based in Greece, you will be the primary contact for German clients, building relationships and exceeding sales quotas. Requirements
- Be based in Greece and proficient in both spoken and written business German & English
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales-related roles
- Have experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products
- Demonstrate a sales and customer satisfaction track record, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment
- Be willing to travel to Germany as needed
- Be willing to work completely remotely as an Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers in Germany, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Generate sales with new and existing customers through virtual/physical meetings, phone calls, emails, and other platforms, as applicable and exceed monthly sales quotas and collection targets
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients, increasing revenue and account profitability
- Identify and target key prospects, initiate and nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term clients
- Develop and maintain account plans for each customer, setting clear objectives and strategies for account growth and retention
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for customers
- Work closely with cross functioning teams to ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities for client growth
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing input for enhancing client strategies
