Requirements
- Advanced English level with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of the SDLC and technologies to assess customer needs and propose solutions
- Professional demeanor, demonstrating poise and confidence in interactions with senior executives
- Proven lead generation experience (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement)
- Strong research skills to identify buying opportunities, insights, and trends for sales strategies
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional, multinational teams on outreach campaigns
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective task prioritization
- Awareness of industry trends, customer needs, and competition
- Self-motivation, proactivity, adaptability, and independent work skills
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients, recognize buying signals, build initial relationships, qualify leads, and facilitate introductions for the Sales Manager to schedule follow-up discussions
- Conduct research to identify prospects, opportunities, and buying signals. Use these insights to create leads, customize outreach content, and prepare our Sales Manager for follow-up actions
- Collaborate with marketing and web research teams to conduct targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual or in-person meetings
- Conduct hands-on lead generation, outreach to high-value targets, and leverage social media to connect with buyers and influencers, acting upon buying signals
- Contribute to creating marketing and sales materials based on your research of customer insights and industry trends
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the U.S. business landscape, including key industry events and networking opportunities
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot for managing customer interactions, records, and follow-ups
