Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Specialist or Manager in B2B is a must
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking)
- Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner
- Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal
- Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback, and work on improvement
- Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage, and cope with emotions in various situations
- Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things and seek solutions and progress always
- Ability to work in a team and independently

Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms
- Conduct meetings with clients
- Handle email correspondence with the prospects
- Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
- Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
- Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
