Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Development Specialist or Manager in B2B is a must
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 both in writing and speaking)
  • Excellent communication skills: you should be a great listener with the capability to communicate in a clear and simple manner
  • Discipline and ability to plan, organize, and perform tasks in a timely and accurate manner in order to achieve the goal
  • Stress resistance and confidence: you should be able to communicate assertively, handle feedback, and work on improvement
  • Emotional intelligence: you professionally perceive, use, understand, manage, and cope with emotions in various situations
  • Persistence and positive attitude: you can focus on the bright side of things and seek solutions and progress always
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Fast learning skills, adaptability to new environments, and flexibility to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Out of the box thinking with the desire to explore creative ideas proactively

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective new customers on various platforms
  • Conduct meetings with clients
  • Handle email correspondence with the prospects
  • Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs
  • Assist in writing commercial proposals and developing sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Provide consistent, accurate, and timely bi-weekly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Provide feedback from key stakeholders about customer needs
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and independently
