Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Solid foundation of data lake and data warehousing concepts
• Experience with AWS services like Glue, S3, Athena
• Proficiency in using modern reporting tools (like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or similar) to build dashboards and reports for KPIs and doing deep-dive data analysis
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment independently
• 7+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence Developer or similar roles, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field

Responsibilities

• Working closely with clinical and business stakeholders to understand the analytical needs of the business and providing insights in a rapid, iterative and collaborative process
• Data Profiling on complex healthcare data sets to identify data quality issues, root cause analysis, patterns, and insights
• Communicate these findings to an audience of varying levels of technical expertise to ensure clear understanding
• Building insightful reports and interactive dashboards that help the Clinical and Operations teams in their decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and quality results
• Contribute to improving our tooling (data pipelines) and processes so that we can deliver results more quickly and accurately
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline data management and reporting workflows
