Requirements

• SQL Expertise: 3+ years of experience utilizing SQL for complex data querying and analysis
• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data insights to business objectives
• Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with key stakeholders
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly present findings and influence decision-making
• Experience: Proven experience in a business strategy, analytics, or product support role

Responsibilities

• Analyze client product adoption data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps
• Provide data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, product development, and go-to-market strategies
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on product performance, highlighting key drivers of growth and optimization areas
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and pricing, to influence strategic decision-making
• Act as a liaison between business teams, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for revenue growth and product commercialization
• Partner with product and technical teams to address user experience challenges and enhance customer engagement
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through rigorous testing and validation
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and streamline reporting processes
• Apply strong inferential thinking to proactively address key business questions and inform next steps

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
• Experience with statistical analysis software
