Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and business transformation
• Strong experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience with data analysis tools and advanced Excel modeling

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business goals and develop action plans that drive sustainable growth and profitability
• Lead the development of business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to evaluate strategic options and investment opportunities
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools to identify key insights and make data-driven recommendations to executives
• Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders including executive leadership and board of directors
• Take ownership of strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement changes and manage cross-departmental projects that align with company strategy
• Facilitate regular strategic reviews and status updates, ensuring alignment across teams and leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, providing strategic recommendations based on data and industry knowledge
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align on goals, and drive collaboration
• In this role, you may be periodically assigned to revenue business initiatives to expand your knowledge in the industry
