Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis within a SaaS or software environment
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies
  • Familiarity with managing and optimizing marketplace listings to maximize visibility and performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead workshops and cross-functional meetings
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian products
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for internal and partner-related projects
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
  • Develop detailed specifications and process flows to guide technical teams
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions
  • Evaluate and refine pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize marketplace listings to enhance visibility and performance
  • Recommend process improvements, tools, and pricing adjustments
  • Collaborate with product managers, technical teams, and external partners to gather insights and align on deliverables
  • Engage with leadership to present findings, propose solutions, and align on business objectives
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to optimize marketplace strategies and pricing models
  • Introduce process efficiencies and ensure solutions are adaptable to evolving business needs
  • Develop innovative pricing strategies and marketplace listing optimizations to drive revenue and enhance market positioning
